Is Hotel Canoe & Suites open?
We are now open welcoming guests to Hotel Canoe & Suites.
The hot pools, sauna and guest laundry are scheduled to open summer 2024.
Some finishing touches are taking place but we make every effort to ensure our guests stay is not negatively impacted.
What’s happening next door?
Otter Hotel is a new development that will be operated by Banff Lodging Co. located adjacent to the Hotel Canoe & Suites.
Check back for updates on this exciting new property, anticipated to open summer 2024.
What is the cancellation policy?
To avoid penalty of first night room rate plus taxes, reservations must be cancelled by 4:00 pm MST, three days prior to arrival. Cancellations made after 4:00 pm MST or no-shows are subject to the first night room rate plus taxes
Hotel Canoe & Suites offers free bus passes, what routes are included?
- This pass includes our Banff local transit in the Town of Banff
- Stops include the Banff Gondola, the Upper Hot Springs, Lake Minnewanka and more.
- Services to Lake Louise and Johnston Canyon are extra.
