We are now welcoming guests to Hotel Canoe & Suites.

Sudden Sally restaurant is now open for cafe offerings (open from 7:00 am – 5:pm) and dine-in with full menu (7:00 am – 9:00 pm) Drinks available until 11:00 pm

Amenities such as the hot pools are scheduled to open summer 2024.

Some construction and landscaping will still be happening on and around the hotel.

Otter Hotel is a new development that will be operated by Banff Lodging Co. located adjacent to the Hotel Canoe & Suites.

There is free of charge cancellations at any time, up until 72 hours before you’re due to check in. In other words, you have until 4pm (Mountain Time) three days before you’re due to arrive.
If you cancel within 72 hours (or don’t show up) then you will be charged our cancellation fee. This is the total of the first night of your stay, plus tax.
