Event Deposit

To hold meeting room and/or guest rooms, the venue requires a non-refundable deposit with the signing of the contract. A secondary deposit may also be required.

Event Payment

A prepayment of 100% of the estimated charges is due 21 days prior to arrival with any remaining charges settled upon check-out.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of any meeting room or hospitality room received less than 60 days prior to arrival date is subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellation outside of the 60 days will result in the loss of the deposit amount.

Catering

Sudden Sally, savour the taste of home while enjoying familiar elevated comfort foods. Food & beverages can be ordered from the A La Carte menu on the day itself. Take a look at our menu online: Sudden Sally Menu
Coffee, tea, pastries, sandwiches can also be ordered through our cafe

• The cabinet on the far wall is a queen murphy bed. Ask us more details if you are interested in reserving this room as a guest room
